Sahara heard the tiny voice. She looked down to see a little chick. "I'm not sure. Little one." She shrugged.over motherly instinct she pushed the chick beneath her and warmed her.
 
Sahara lifted her body to look at the tiny chick under her. Because of her motherly instinct she thought of the chick as her own.
 
Astrid smiled. "I'm Astrid." She said quietly.

Italy looked at Ripple. "Why are you two in chicken territory?" He asked, he looked at Lizzie.

Hedgehog started to walk towards turkey territory.

Sahara smiled. "Well hello Astrid. I'm Sahara." Sahara loved the thought of having chicks of her own. But she knew of course she was just a flock member. Everyone only goes after the leaders.

Astrid smiled, she was glad. "Um...do you have any food?" She asked. She hadn't eaten for a while, she was rather hungry.
 
Sahara came back to reality. "Wait, this is a chick. Not a poult. And chickens are turkey enemies." She said to herself. As much as she wanted to keep Astrid as her own she had to return the chick to her "real" mother.
