Going away for the weekend

I am going out of town for the weekend I have 1 1/2 week old chicks. Should I get someone to stop in to feed them or bring them to be watched at someone's house. I check in on them all day long. I don't think the babysitter will do that. Any suggestions. I was thinking about taking them with me but it is a long car trip

I would just have someone come by and check on them once a day to top off their feeder, refresh their water and make sure all is well.

They won't be bothered about not being checked on, as long as they have food, water and each other
