Going outside

My babies are just 5 days old. When could they go outside for short, supervised trips? I was thinking of making a small, portable corral to let them get a taste of the outdoors.

I don't see why not. When my hen raised her chicks they were running around outside at 1 day old. I would make sure you have a pen that is secure enough that they can't slip out and that hawks can't get through.
