Unfortunately my first hatch didn’t hatch at all but I am going to try again. I have 28 eggs in there its a still air incubator I have the temp at 102.5 with the thermometer at the top of the eggs and the humidity in between 30-40% any advice? My last hatch made it to lockdown and then the sack didn’t absorb I kept the temp at 99.5 and the humidity at 50-70%. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The humidity should be 40-50 percent. The temp sounds good. What incubator are you using? Is it used?

It’s a styrofoam still air incubator. I bought it last month and tried to hatch but they didn’t make it. I kept the humidity at 50-60% and they all died.

Well, it might work if you think this humidity will work better. However, you can't be sure. I bought a used styrofoam incubator once and I couldn't hatch chicks out of it that weren't severely deformed. :( Still air is difficult to work with.
Hopefully yours will work better.
I don't know how old mine was. It had suspicious stains on it.
Now I have two forced air, nicer incubators and they work a dream.
