Looks like it could be a partial prolapse or an injury from vent pecking. Is it acting 100% normal and able to poop okay?
Yeah. Originally the scab was bigger, but then I applied the antibiotic ointment, and it got better, but now it's looking a bit worse. It's still acting and pooping fine.

Neosporin is what I would use too. Do you have a food scale you can weigh it on? It's young, so it should make daily gains of at least a few grams.

I have a scale, but I need to find it.
 
The one with the vent problem hatched last, and has always been the smallest one, but I have still noticed it growing.
 
The gray one appears to be getting a little darker:

The smaller one still has the scab on its vent, but it's still acting fine, so hopefully it will heal up on its own.
 
How's the one with the scab on the vent doing?
 
I wonder if even one of them will be a pullet, or if they are all cockerels.
