Is middle chicken ( same in bottom pic) a rooster? He has looked darker than the others from day one.

My friend could not take Bossy but I have two good leads. A farmer has some 6 week old gold laced Wyandottes and looks like no rooster in the group. So he may trade me a hen for Bossy

The color looks like a hen for the feathers but not sure if the wattle development means rooster. The real confirmation for me ended up being the crow and saddle feathers.

Thank you, Goldie, for the response! I so hate this waiting game. We already have 2 roos to rehome! Anyone else have perspective?
