Gold laced wyandotte pullet or cockerel, 4-5 + weeks?

I know I am bringing up a dead post. Curiosity has me. It has been close to 4 years since this post. Was it a rooster or a hen? I have seven 3 week old pullets trying to decide. I think I have 2 roosters in the bunch.

I'm trying to figure out gender on my two Shadow. They are just 4 weeks old. Here's a pic of mine, one is much bigger and has some pink on the crest, but the little one doesn't have much of a tail:
