Gold Laced Wyandotte Pullet or Roo? 4.5 mo

I had the same issue. I had 4 chicks I've raised since a few days old - all purchased as sexed pullet chicks. One was developing differently so I just thought "she" was a big girl. In the last few weeks I've really started to wonder and have been checking online pics to compare. "Her" comb and waddle were totally different than the other 3 hens, along with large green tail feathers. Then in the last few days, "she" has started to crow. I have two brown leghorn roos and they crow all the time. And they are very "amorous." The gold laced is/does neither. Here are a couple of pics to see the difference. Now that I've accepted that I have a rooster when I was certain the chicks I bought were all hens, it's much more obvious.

Oh yeah. Definitely a rooster. No mistake now on that one. Now we know the difference. And my Winnie doesn't look anything like that! (so glad she's a she since I've already got three roosters running the coop)

Here is Winnie now at 6 months. No eggs yet, but definitely a girl!
