Gold or Silver Phase Welsh?

I have a 13 week old Welsh female (and male) that I do not know if they are gold or silver. I am curious to know and would appreciate any ideas you have!

Lovely ducks! The speculum feathers (that's the colored feathers on the wings) in the second picture look blue to me. If they are blue or purple the ducks are silver phase. If they are a bronze color they are gold phase.

See my little Call in front.....? He is silver phased.......I was told mine a is gold because of the colour of his chest.....Not the wings Blue or purple?

Nope, the overall coloring can sometimes be very similar. Though I believe gold phase don't have any black, if I remember correctly. The best way to tell is in the speculum feathers. The third picture down on this link has a great side by side comparison shot of two hens.

Keep in mind this is based on the American Poultry Association standard of coloring. It may be different in other countries.
