Our Golden Comet has always given us the biggest most beautiful eggs, but for the last few months she has been laying very thin eggs that break 9 times out of 10. We have always had oyster shells mixed in with their feed, and I have begun putting the shells in a separate bowl as well so they can choose the pieces they like. She is recovering from a slight case of Scaly Leg so I don't know if that's what is causing this or not. I'm not sure what else to do. Any suggestions are appreciated!

P.S. We did have similar issues with the Golden Comet we had before her - Has anyone had trouble with this particular hybrid?

Sorry, I'm not quite sure, but could be caused by stress.
