GOLDEN CRESTED CANT OPEN EYES, ADVISE

HAVE 3 GOLDEN CRESTED , I BELIVE HATCHED ON SAT , TWO OF THEM HAVE ONE EYE OPEN THE OTHER HAS NO OPEN EYES
is this normal, if not what should i do about it?

Not normal. Are their eyes crusty or weeping in any way? If so lukewarm saline solution might help to clean the eyes. Can you give any more details or a photo might help?
