Rooster eye issues

My rooster Boris keeps shutting one of his eyes, it is slightly red and watery, he’s acting normal, keeps that eye open when he wants, no other chickens have any issues, I suspect one of my other roosters got into a tussle with him and pecked his eye
No discharge in nose mouth or eyes, his other eye is fine

You could try rinsing his eye out with saline solution or an eye wash solution in case there's anything in there. You could also try putting a warm compress on it for a minute or two a couple times a day too. That might make it feel better to him if he got pecked.

I think I'd also put Terramycin ointment in it too a couple times a day until he seems to not have issues anymore. That's specifically for eye infections.

I sure hope his eye gets better fast!
