Hello! I read that if you cross a BBRed to a Silver Duckwing, Golden Duckwing chicks result. I have all the fixins to make this cross, but I'm curious what the ratio of BBRed to SDW to GDW will be.

Mating a Black Red cock to a Silver Duckwing will give gold based pullets (Partridge or Wheaten depenant on how the cock is bred) &
split silver/gold cockerels. These cockerels will look like Golden Duckwing, but they will not breed true, and are not genetically Golden Duckwing.
