Thanks for the compliment Julie, i just got a Nikon d40, I have been wanting a digital SLR for quite a while now, and we made the leap when my 5 year old sony died. I'm really having a good time with it, I'll shoot pictures of practically anything.

I agree with Julie, those pictures are amazing. The two hens kind of remind me of speckledhens Barred rock and EE crosses. I will see if I Can find a picture...

don't mind a bit, she's very pretty.

Although it looks like her feathers have a different color pattern, the tips look black. But she's close, isn't she?
