Golden Laced Polish, Pullet or Roo??

My girlfriend bought a 10 week old crested gold laced polish chicken at a small animal swap last Saturday. The guy selling it told us it's a pullet because the feathers on it's crest are rounded. What do you guys think? Pullet or Roo?
