Golden-Laced Wyandotte (Roo or Hen?)

Goldie is a Golden-Laced Wyandotte, but is it a he or a she?

Pics taken at about 3.5 months old.

Goldie appears to have very larger and longer legs than our other chicks that are around the same age seen in the last pic (with a Black Australorp: Sheila and an Ameraucana: Peppermint Patty).

I'm not sure if what I'm seeing around the neck are the hackle feathers as I have not seen feathers like these before on any of our other pullets.

Any educated guesses/confirmations?

Well, I guess that settles it then!
