Hi BYC friends!
I'm hoping to get a few extra sets of eyes
to help me figure out if my approximately 6-week-old Golden Wyandotte named Frog is a pullet or a cockerel.
I've attached 3 pictures to my post:
1) The first picture with 3 of my chickens, the one circled in blue is Frog compared to the one circled in Pink named Cheeky Ibis. Frog's comb looks a little more pronounced to me. (PS- Big Business is a nosey girl and snuck in at the last minute)
2) The second picture with the chicken looking off in the distance like they're waiting for their spouse to come back from the war is Frog, who doesn't show as much colouring as the others.
3) Lastly, Cheeky Ibis posing to show how less pronounced her comb is.
Bonus pic: Big Business with their single comb instead of the rose comb like the others!
As for where I purchased them, I got them at a local country store and I believe they work with a hatchery whose name has not been revealed to me.
Let me know what you guys think!!
