this thread is being made so people can talk freely about their golden pheasants. i want to learn more about them from people who have them. my number one question is can you free range golden pheasants?

Yes you can freerange Golden Pheasants....... as long as you have a string tied to their leg. They will take off faster than the salesman leaving the farmers house!

free range.....never heard of it with pheasants.....once they fly out of the coop they free range till they hit the property line....then they are gone!

ok haha. well what about breeding. do they lay eggs all the time like chickens or are they seasonal layers

They are seasonal. Around here, they lay from April to September.

Yes to both of your ?'s they will continue to lay if you take the eggs from them
