Golden Polish chick sexing?

One of my golden polish chicks has two small bumps over her back toes. I'm wondering if these are spurs forming?

The spurs on any bird should be located on the inner section of the lower legs. I'm not sure if that's the area you are describing. Try googling 'chicken spurs' and see if that is the area you are refering to.
