Golden Polish People

Does anyone know if Golden Polish, or I guess any Polish for that matter, develop slowly. I have a Golden Polish that I got 3 going on 4 weeks ago, and she was supposidly like a week old when I got her. And she is smaller then everyone, and just seems very undeveloped compared to all the other breeds I have. Less feathers, still very fuzzy.

She's an under achiever. Try feeding yogurt to her put apple cider vinegar in her water to acidify her gut and if you're not using a game bird starter and you can afford to switching to that for a few weeks might make a big difference. I'd suspect and treat for coccidia in her case as well. Yogurt helps that, apple cider vinegar helps that - if she continues to do poorly consider an additional coccidiastat like Corid.

I'll pen an under achiever where they can get access to tons of free fed game bird starter (28%) (mine are normally free range) and that often gets them to turn the corner.
