Golden Polish rooster or hen?

I ordered a new flock of chicks from an online hatchery. My order was large enough (16 hens in pairs of 2), that I received a free chick in my order. Great for me except they don’t tell you what it is and they don’t keep a record of what they include. It is just whatever they have extra for that day. Anyway, long story short, yeah I know it’s too late, but would someone please tell me if this is a rooster or a hen? Or is it still too young to tell? 13 weeks old. Thanks

Looks like it is probably a cockerel. Could we get some more up close pictures? Some of the crest, hackle, back, and saddle areas would be very helpful!

That’s what I was thinking but I’m fairly new to chickens. And yes he is very pretty but I am not sure if I will keep him. He is so flighty and afraid of everything that he is impossible to handle. Anyway, thanks for confirming for me. Have a great day.
