Golden Pride hybrids?

Last Spring a coworker wanted 2 chicks to be companions to her lonely hatchling. Because of state laws, she had to purchased 6 chicks. She got golden prides from TSC and offered the other 4 to me. These have been great layers and hearty birds. Each one of our girls has a very different coloring from cream colored to mottled yellow and brown with the eyeliner someone else posted as well as one that looks like our RIRs. They are on the smaller side and very docile. We recently hatched some barnyard crosses from our Black Copper Marans rooster. Most of these yellow chicks have Golden Pride mothers and do resemble partridges of their heritage. Again, there is quite a variety of coloring!

What beautiful chicks! Please update as they grow out.

Unfortunately all my Golden Hybrids ended up being roosters. I understand now that white or yellow sex linked chicks are usually that males. Females are reddish , tan, or a darker down color. I still really liked this cross. Hopefully I'll have a chance to get some hens one day.
