Golden Sexlink - Roo or Hen?

Hello! First time post here. I'm pretty new to chickens. Havent had any since I was my daughters age (8), so I'm basically a complete newbie!

I purchased a variety of 4 chicks a few weeks back. I'm most curious about this golden sexlink. Supposedly a pullet, but she's growing so much different than my other 3 chicks (although of different breeds). She has almost no tail feathers coming in yet at 3.5 weeks old, whereas my 2 week old buff orpington has more feathers than her!

I understand sexlink chickens are sexed by color, but I'm getting confused on what she should look like st this age to confirm she is a she! She has had a lot of red coming in this past week, but started with buff/white feathers.

Help a newbie out??

With gold sexlinks, the males are white while the pullets are golden color, so completely different that it's more likely a meteor will hit your house than you would get a cockerel by mistake.

What a cutie! She looks just like my golden sexlink at that age. Don't worry, I remember thinking mine grew a little weirdly too. But she is now a healthy hen! She is also the friendliest/boldest of the bunch, even though I handled them all equally. If yours is anything like mine in personality, you are in for a treat.

My gold sex links are the most lovable and affectionate of any breed I've ever had. And what dynamite layers they are!

I'm just paranoid because we dont need a rooster!!

This little one is actually the biggest little scaredy cat. She is our hardest to catch and doesn't love being held. When I finally get ahold of her and she stops flapping I only get a few seconds before she tries to escape again! Not near as sweet as my buff or SLW. But I hope she'll come around .

Well, this is disappointing . . . So the one that was supposed to be a for sure hen is a rooster, great . . . I’m not allowed to have one. Ugh!
