What did you do with your first pullet egg?
This is what I did.
weigh the eggs
break into a bowl
put the shells on a baking tray and place in the oven
weigh out sugar and self raising flour to the same weight as the eggs (in the UK we have flour mixed with sodium bicarb and calcium phosphate to make it rise)
add 3/4 fl oz of olive oil per ounce of flour
mix together
add milk, soya milk, or orange juice (about 1 fl oz per ounce of flour) and mix well
pour into a flan tin
cook at 180C, no 4, for about 30 mins
fill with strawberries
glaze with quick setting jelly
crunch up the baked egg shells well and feed back to hens
enjoy
