gonna incubate may 4 or 5 first timer

My first time to incubate eggs. Looking have between 15-20 eggs. They are from my girls and from checking our eggs before eating they look good (almost all have the bullseye) wish me luck and if there is any advice id love to hear it. Im so excited my dh just gives me that im an oddball look when i talk about it lol:cd.

I will be putting more in as soon as the last 3 hatch and I clean out the incubator,I will proubly put in a few dozen.

Welcome to the adventure. I understand about the odd ball looks.

I read this as a refresher whenever I incubate. You might pick up something from it. Remember these are guidelines, not absolute laws of nature. Don't obsess about what you read in here. Just follow them as best you can and you should do OK. I don't follow everything exactly as it is written. I just do the best I reasonably can.

Thanks for the info but i cant dl pdfs on here. Ive done alot of research so see how it goes.
Id love to have a hen do the work but no place to put a broody and my hens havnt shown the inclination to set yet. Lol.
I can deal with the odd looks im just happy he said yes to having chickens (just my resonsibility) but he will help with my eggs when i work my weekend shifts.
