Couldn't link this, but I was sent a copy of the Chicago Sun-Times, August 26th Food section article entitled, "Chicken out-in your backyard", which is well-written and supportive of urban chicken-ownership. The Author, Paul Virant, is listed as a chef and owner of a restauarant, Vie in Western Springs, IL. Gotta mention the good guys!
