Good Day from up in North Eastern Washington!!!

Good day all, We are a small family farm in Newport, WA . Just got our chicks in this last Friday!! Oh my brooding 30 chicks is a work out. Think we identified most the kinks over the weekend. ( fingers crossed ) Any suggestions, tips or just good to know info are welcomed. I have always had hens do the chick thing. We just moved last winter from northern California, rehomed are last flock. So excited to be apart of BYC!!! I bet there are a lot of cool PEEPS here.
