Good deal?

$200.00 for the coop and 18 courtnix quail that are 15 weeks old
I'm excited to get into quail wanting them for eggs and butchering some I hatch and raise
Let me know what y'all think!!

I'd say "good deal!" I WANT QUAIL not for meat of course, I couldn't bring myself to do that

What kind of doves?! I had the mental image of one of those tiny ringneck ones... no meat on that...

Lol morning dove and a few ring neck yes they are small but I'll take what I can get I've never had quail but I will probably be trying some here in the next month r two

I've never had dove before but I had pigeon once a long, long time ago. I assume the taste is similar?

I found morning dove and pigeon very similar..... Coturnix is similar but , "milder"........ Not as dark either.... I actually perfer the legs to breast. As to the pen set up. I LIKE IT! Welcome to the addiction......

Well I snoozed and lost out on the deal the guy sold it Thursday afternoon I was going to go look at picking them up this afternoon I well guess I'll just have to build me a pen and put some eggs in the bator
