Anybody have any experience with Hova bator incubators, forced air with turners?

I have 2 1588's and they are so easy a cave man can do it LOL! LOVE THEM and hope to get another one real soon! Have had several other kind but believe me I have had the best ever hatches with my 1588!

Glad to hear that even I ( a cave type man) can successfully use the 1588. I am planning on buying a incubator and it was between the Brinsea 20 or the Genesis 1588. But the more I read the 1588 has alot of BYC'ers that have very good hatches with them.

I could afford the Brinsea but I LOVE my 1588 and it holds more eggs. Why change? I trust it 100% I add water about every 3 days but I have the fish tank tubing ran in so I don't have to open it to do that.

Happy hatching!

If anybody is going to buy a Brinsea Octagon I would highly recommend the larger 40 instead of the 20
if you are going to be hatching out duck or goose eggs.
Surprisingly I haven't found any difference in performance between my Brinsea and Hova-Bators
(1588 & cheaper w/ fan models) when it comes to hatching out waterfowl.
