Fun start to my morning. Hubs' phone goes off at 5am. He promptly kills it and rolls back over. Then the ding of voicemail. Then later on the buzz of emails.

Dog was awake so let her out..hour later I'm still awake...little minor earth shake. Wheee. Still awake.

Not quite sure what to do now...

This morning I was woken up by Mr. Pidge's alarm. "Why do you need an alarm for 6:30?!?!?!" I asked.

"Oh right... I forgot to disable it last night" ...

I with yall to bad storm rolls through last night and knocks out the power being it's 85 it gets hot really quickly so I didn't sleep very good at all

That's one huge difference between California and Alberta. Storms. Or lack thereof.

...or laughing at the weather forecasters talking about a storm and it's just regular ol rain to us non California types lol

I feel so bad for yall with no rain but I don't no what worst no rain or the constant flooding we have been having

Been there done that with the flooding. Was in Winnipeg for the "flood of the century" (think that was what? 97 or 98?...and Calgary/Canmore/parts of southern Alberta got slammed about two years back too. Or three now?

I'm losing track of time so bad...

Just give me a nice happy medium. Where I can get away with being lazy in the garden and still have sunny days.
