Welcome to BYC!

That is a bit early for laying. They average age to start laying is somewhere around 5 months old. The eggs will get bigger as she ages. Well, enjoy the early eggs!! :-)

Enjoy your new flock and welcome to ours!

I usually start in with layer feed when they start to squat for me. The squatting can start about a week before that first egg. Gives you time to get to the feed store for layer feed and oyster shell. :-)
