It's been a mixed up day. One of our barred rock pullets had an accident, hurt badly I had too put her down. On the good side our easter egger gave us our first blue green egg today. Her first . we weren't looking for it till the end of the month at the soonest. Need to get the second coop built soon the pullets are ready to go outside.

Elvis needs a new name since -she- started laying as well!

LOL you are very welcome that's the 1st name that popped in my mind seeing her, I usually pick names buy personality or sometimes something about the way they look, like this one here of ours, the one with the poofy head, I call Lucille Ball, I have no clue if it's a hen or rooster, hopefully it is a hen
