good old songs?

I'm surprised nobody mentioned James Taylor! Sweet Baby James, Fire and Rain, You've Got a Friend. Also don't forget Carole King and Cat Stevens.

I have to add that at the time I couldn't go Jimi Hendrix. Now 40 years later I can finally appreciate his genius. The English were smarter than us about him. Too bad he had to die young like so many of the really good ones. Lots of things do get better with age.
