Good price on used coop?

$350 for this coop, no disease or damage.

I am hankering to build my own though and was thinking variations on this concept, but a used coop would save me some cash. Have 3 chicks currently and maybe 2 more Monday.

Any help or advice is very appreciated for this brand new chicken owner.

What is the size and dimensions of the coop? How many chickens can it accommodate?

Approximately 3'x5' and up to 5 chickens with 3 nests.
