in large frying pan sautee the breast meat and deboned thighs in olive oil (enough to cover the bottom of the pan). Add at least 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, italian seasonings, salt to taste, thin sliced red pepper, thin sliced zuccini, and mushrooms. Once its all browned, dump in some angelhair pasta and toss. Top with white fine shredded cheese. It was SO good. I think this would be some kind of pasta premavera.
