I have 3 silkie roosters that I need to find homes for. I'm in the process of writing up an ad/flyer.

Can you tell me what good qualities my silkies have? So I know what to tell people if and when they call.

They were hatched March 20th, 2009 - 12 weeks old/ 3 months

I'd definitely tell interested buyers about their temperments and how well they act around other people. Pepper seems to have pretty good toe spacing on the one foot I can see. Another good quality I see about him is that he has no off-colors in his hackle feathers.

Their all handsome boys!

Ginger: Young buff cockerel--very even colouring; very good foot feathering; dark mulberry comb; wings nicely closed and held high. (I can't see the toes to comment on them for all the feathering

)

Pepper: young black cockerel--black comb; wings nicely closed and held high; toes well spaced and separated.

Dixie: young blue partridge cockerel--mulberry comb & skin; wings nicely closed and held high; toes well spaced and separated.

Thank you so much!

I bought some silkie eggs from a BYCer and let my broody hen hatch them. Out of 6 eggs 4 hatched and 3 of them are boys!

We are not allowed to have roosters here so, I have to find homes for all of them.

I'm so sad

.
At least I can keep Pixie - unless she suddenly turns into a boy.
