Good quality solar electric fence charger?

I'm looking for a good quality solar electric fence charger. It needs to be strong enough to zap things like coyotes and raccoons and the such.

We had a solar one from Home Depot that was around our bee hives to keep bear out. I can't remember how many "miles" it was but they had several choices.
