Good small duck breed that doesnt generally fly

Just wondering if there if there is a duck breed on the small size that doesn't generally fly?

Look up Australian Spotted Ducks. They are a bantam breed, generally up to 2 lbs. Mine have never flown except in play, and you can always clip if you need to. The only flights of other owners I have heard of was just across the road.
