Well, sorry to say that was my intentions also... a small flock.. Then decided to get everything in pairs, then I make the mistake of taking my 2 kids & my nieces with me to the farm to get chicks.. I now have almost 40! I'm addicted to this! I even dream about my chickens! Good Luck! You'll need it!

The farm near me does have silkies, which I was thinking of getting, but now that I've seen sebrights that's really what I want! Sigh.....
