Good Temperature controller?

What are there any good temperature controllers for a homemade incubator?

And then you can use hot water heater thermostats. There are several threads about placement and even how/where to drill holes into it to improve the on/off temp range. People have used these inexpensive units with excellent results. You can pick up one ofthose at your local box store like Home Depot for about $9. I actually have one for sale, will ship for $7 if your interested.

I still stick by the hot water sfat never had prob is long as you drill it and place it correctly,it is just as accurate as any other

do you only use one light bulb? we use two, what happens if one blows? you lost your hatch and sometimes we hatch expensive eggs, a hot water heater thermostat would never work in our situation it only works of one light source. But I am glad it works for you!

Never encountered that prob but you could wire it to two bulbs if you are concerned. about 1 blowing out!
