I was reading this article about cervical dislocation. The problem, I don't quite understand what way to pull the head. Towards the ground? parallel to the ground and away from the body?
I was hoping someone knew a good youtube video or different picture or even a better explanation of how to pull. I've tried searching, but I haven't found anything that shows this specific method.
