Good white egg layers?

I agree. If your only criteria is lots of white eggs leghorns will be hard to beat.

Leghorns, and any hatchery-based Minorca, Andalusian, Ancona, Polish, or other white egg layer are a good choice. People say Polish don't lay much, but it is a hatchery's job to create a production layer, and they do it well - Even with breeds like Polish. My hatchery Polish lay a LOT of eggs.

California Whites are very good white layers. They are not as flighty as leghorns and lay just about as well. I got mine from Welp.
