Goodbye Topsey II

Today I said goodbye to one of my hens Topsey II.She was a Golden Comet and so very friendly. she was sick yesterday and we isolated her and did everything for her health,This early morning I went to see her and she was dead. I will miss her but I feel good that she isn't in any more pain.

This is a poem I made for her just after she died. I miss you

Ive Ran Out Of Tears

Growing up I have ran out of tears.
I have ran out because of so many fears
All my loved ones dying within those years
I can hear them all,still voices ringing in my ears

They have passed on,no more pain they are in
This world was enough,then end..fin
to paradise or heaven they did win
then end of all things,of flesh,of grief,of sin

I often wonder when would be my turn
to leave this place,to began a new learn
or come back here to live again,to return
to live this life again,in agony and burn

I lost a friend today but i didnt cry
she was so friendly,but she did die
its a little lonelier in this place
But no tear has rolled off my face
Goodbye Baby, you I'll never replace
And your face I'll never erase
And where you will go you will fly
Look,there is one tear .......I did cry.
