I tried deleting something on your sheet then adding it back and then adding a formula and it was still messed up ..which means something else was messed up before.

I found the problem. The problem is that some of the member names you pasted have spaces after them, and some do not. It counts words with extra spaces as different words.

Space	No Space

To remove the extra spaces, select the whole page by clicking the upper left box:

Then Data>Data cleanup>Trim whitespace
