Hello

I am looking for a pattern or if someone can make me a Goose Diaper. The measurement from the base of the neck to the base of the tail is 6.5 inches. Tell me how much you charge if you'll make it for me. I need one ASAP as my gosling is 4 weeks old this sunday. Thanks.

Your question boggles my brain, Runningkaren

Klallen, use the search feature near the top right of the page and put in the word diaper. Quite a few people diaper their poultry. Good luck!

edited because I changed names around.

Until I came into these forums I didn't know that geese/duck/chicken diapers existed. It boggled me a bit too when I first read about it. But after reading how much these inside waterfowl are cared for and loved, I have changed my mind. I've determined that they are PAMPERED pets, and I love hearing the stories that people share about them.

Recently my male goose has turned a bit aggressive and I don't want to give him up, and I currently can't separate him out. I've been thinking about diapering him and bringing him inside for a while. I don't know if he'd let me, or if it would do more harm than good, but I'm thinking about it.

Your first post rubbed me the wrong way. I saw a new person to the forums trying to find some information, and your response seemed judgmental to me without being helpful. I apologize if I read you wrong.

I put diapers on whoever just because I want to ...lol
I would prefer no pop all over my house. LOL
Yes they are all my pets and I love them all dearly. Hey! They must love me too, as they all will let me do whatever with little fuss ....LOL
And still follow me everywhere!

All's okay. I have ducks, geese, chickens and guineas in addition to angus, goats, a lizerd, ferret, cats and dogs on the farm. I am run ragged with them but love them all. I just can't imagine diapers on top of all that! But, I never say never so maybe someday I will have to consider it if I have a situation that calls for that. It still boggles my mind! Especially, a goose - they are real "producers"!

I am so glad there are animals lovers that go farther than I do!!!!

I know! I would be so worried with "blow out."

I might give it a try if Rommy doesn't calm down though. Sometimes I think he's gotten over it, then the next day it's like he hasn't
