Goose egg half hatched/ broke

Ok I went out to gather eggs and peeked on my geese to see that my male was in with his lady, found an egg out of the nest and it has a big hole in it. Chick is moving a bit and I have it in an incubator but what do I do can it be saved??

Day 28 but I'm not positive I got sick around the time she started to sit and my oldest was taking care of the for a couple days

If I remember correctly geese take about 30 days.. Is the chick breathing or making any noise?

I had a duckling get her egg pecked open by chickens close to hatch time. She survived, and the others in the nest were born a week later. I thought she'd been pecked out that much earlier, but later I found that the hen's type of ducks generally take considerably longer than most to hatch out, and my unfortunate duckling was one of the eggs from another breed I'd put in the nest.

It's making noise and moving slightly and it peeped/pipped? It's little beak is in the air pocket

Yes it's a week old now however I am having a hard time getting it to eat the starter and it doesn't seem to be getting enough grass today is very lethargic

When I had geese, they liked when their food was mixed with water. You could try that.
If it seems lethargic I think there are many recipies on here, as well as commercial products, that you can mix in its water to give it an extra boost. I've never tried any besides simple sugar water, but it may help.
