I came out today and my one female has her eye squinting and closes, it looks watery and there was a bubble. Like she has something in it or scratched it? Her third eyelid in the corner looks swollen.

She does open it but it seems like it's painful for her. I have no idea how it happened or if she just got something in it. Her other eye is completely fine and she uses it to look, the others are all fine too.

Is there anything I can do? We don't have an avian vet here

you can rinse it with saline , and make sure she has access to clean water bucket always, deep enough to dunk her head in.
if you think it may be infected you can use terramycin antibiotic ointment. it’s at feed stores like tsc and also i think you can buy it online.
