Goose food & angel wing

I am getting some Sebastopol goslings and am worried about angel wing. They will not be able to graze until the the middle of May/June. What do you guys recommend for food, protein etc? How much nutritional yeast and/or Poly vi sol should they get day.. I havent had geese in over 10 year and boy have things changed

I've fed 19% medicated chick starter for years. In my experience angel wing is genetic not feed related.
