Hey y'all! I brought home two adult Toulouse females a few weeks ago and they are settling into our homestead very well. However, one of them over the last week has been pulling her wing feathers out and has lost weight. She looks rough compared to her sister. I've looked here and other poultry/ waterfowl resources and have come up short. Could she have mites? I checked her and didn't find any.
If anyone had experience with this, I would value your input. If I can't find a solution we do have a vet that sees geese near us, but wanted to start here first. Thank you!
