Goose not eating. Secondary to bumblefoot infection. Please help.

My goose stopped walking about 3 weeks ago. We brought her to the vet and she was diagnosed with bumblefoot and prescribed clavamox 500 mg 3 x daily for 2 weeks. She finished her prescription about a week ago and the doctor rechecked her and took her off antibiotics. Her feet have been wrapped to decrease pressure on the sores and they are almost completely gone.
She is obviously still in pain and is eating less and less, to almost nothing now. At this point I'm creating a mash and mixing it with liquid b vitamins and syringe feeding her every few hours.
At times she will bite at food but then it sort of falls out of her mouth. I've tried all the usual treats, watermelon, romaine. A week or two ago she would eat it while she was sitting in my lap and now nothing.
How do I get her to start eating again?
Thanks!

Have you been giving her probiotics? That sounds like a high antibiotic dose for a goose. It may have also have killed all the good bacteria in her digestive tract.

I was also wondering if her throat is hurt by the pills getting shoved in there for 2 weeks. When she eats and is trying to swallow it and doing her shaking her face to get it to go down her throat it falls out of her mouth and she often stands there for a few moments with her mouth open.
It also kind of seems like it's hard for her to physically coordinate getting the food down. I don't know if she doesn't want to because she doesn't feel well or if there is something additional going on that has caused her to be out of it. I wonder what additional factor is at play that I haven't figured out yet.
